Leon L. Levy is the President and Founder of Leon L. Levy & Associates. Leon received both a CLU and RHU designation from the American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. He is a member of the American College of Life Underwriters, the Association for Advanced Life Underwriters, the Life Underwriting Training Council, and the prestigious Top of the Table and International Forum. He has served as a faculty member for all of these organizations. Leon also offers his knowledge and experience to a variety of community organizations.

David H. Levy, CLU, ChFC, RHU, REBC, MBA
David is the Managing Director of Employee Benefits for Leon L. Levy & Associates. David received a B.S. in business administration from the University of Hartford, and completed an MBA at Temple University with a dual concentration in risk management and insurance. David has earned the following designations from the American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania -- Chartered Life Underwriter, Chartered Financial Consultant, Registered Health Underwriter and Registered Employee Benefits Consultant. He is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and the National Association of Health Underwriters.

Victor S. Levy, J.D., LL.M., CPA, CLU
Victor is the Managing Director of Taxation and Estate Planning for Leon L. Levy & Associates. He received a B.A. in English literature from Boston University, a J.D. from the John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois, an LL.M. from the University of Miami School of Law in Coral Gables, Florida, and a CLU designation from the American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Michael Clatterbuck, CFP®
Michael is a Certified Financial Planner™ Professional in our Wealth Management Group. He is dedicated to providing quality personalized services to our diverse group of clients. Michael previously worked for The Vanguard Group in Malvern, PA, where he specialized in investment and retirement planning. He is currently Series 7, 6 and 63 licensed with Linsco Private Ledger and he also has his Life and Health Insurance licenses. Michael graduated from Bloomsburg University and has a BS in Business Administration, with a concentration in finance.

Rob Richman
Rob is heading up one of our newest divisions, LLL Benefit Administrators, our own in house third party administrator organization. He oversees the Flexible Spending Account and Cobra Administration. Rob is a graduate of Muhlenberg College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration & Economics, with a concentration in finance. Rob is currently licensed in the state of New Jersey in Health, Accident and Life Insurance.

Frank Prasalowicz
Frank joined our Employee Benefit department in May of 2004. He currently has 20 years experience within the Employee Benefits industry, including experience in sales, marketing, underwriting, and customer service. Frank currently has Health, Accident and Life Insurance licenses in the states of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Florida. He is also Series 6 and 63 licensed with Linsco/Private Ledger. Frank also attended The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and graduated with a dual degree in Business Management and Marketing.
