Leon serves as Founder and Senior Lead Advisor at Levy & Associates. For over six decades, Leon has devoted his life and career to helping people pursue financial confidence through his deep knowledge and experience in life and health insurance and overall risk management.
Leon completed course work at Temple University and the University of Pennsylvania in risk management and insurance. He is licensed in life and health insurance and maintains his Series 6 which is registered at LPL Financial.
He is active in a variety of organizations including the Academy of Vocal Arts where he serves as a Board Member, the Susan G. Komen Philadelphia where he serves as a Board Member, Congregation Mikveh Israel where he is President Emeritus, The Lanesborough where he is the Condominium Association President, and the Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey where he is a Board Member Emeritus.

Victor is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Professional, Lead Advisor, Principal and President of Levy & Associates.
Victor began his career at Ernst & Young where he served a staff accountant specializing in tax consultancy and the preparation of tax returns. He joined Leon L. Levy & Associates in 1993 and helped to develop Levy Wealth Management Group into a well established personal financial planning and corporate retirement planning enterprise.
Victor received a B.A. in English Literature from Boston University, a J.D. from the John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois, a LL.M. from the University of Miami School of Law in Coral Gables, Florida, and the CLU designation from the American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. He is a CPA (inactive) and member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Victor is Series 7, 24 and 66 licensed and registered with LPL Financial and is life and health insurance licensed.
Victor is a member of the Financial Planning Association, the Financial Services Institute and the National Association of Independent Financial Advisors. Also, he is the author of The Kitchen Table Financial Plan.
On a personal note, Victor and his wife, Suzanne, reside in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. They have three children, Benjamin, Jonathan, and Lewis and they are both active members in their community. In his spare time, Victor enjoys spending time with his kids, playing his Fender guitar, traveling and exercising.

David H. Levy
Vice President and Managing Director of Employee Benefits
David is a Chartered Life Underwriter® (CLU®), Senior Lead Advisor, and a Principal and Vice President of Levy & Associates. In addition, he maintains a variety of industry designations such as Registered Employee Benefit Consultant® (REBC®), CHARTERED FINANCIAL CONSULTANT® (ChFC®), and Registered Health Underwriter® (RHU®) In addition, he has a Life Underwriting Training Council Fellowship (LUTCF) designation.
David began his career working during college in the home office of Phoenix Home Life Mutual Insurance Company. Then, he spent several years serving as a benefits specialist at Brokerage Concepts. David joined Leon L. Levy & Associates in 1992 and developed the firm/s presence as a well established corporate benefits specialty firm supporting a variety of benefit strategies like group medical insurance, group disability insurance and group life insurance. In addition, David’s breadth of experience is also in FSA plans and COBRA administration.
David received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The University of Hartford and a Masters in Business Administration from Temple University. David is also Series 7 and 63 licensed and registered with LPL Financial and is life and health insurance licensed.
David is a member of the Million Dollar Round Table, active in the Golden Slipper Club and is the club’s immediate Past-President, President of the Levy Castle Foundation For Diabetes Research, Treasurer of the Jewish Publication Society and active in the Junior Jewish Basketball League.
On a personal note, David and his wife, Jaimi, reside in Rydal, Pennsylvania. They have two children, Sam and Jack. In his spare time, David enjoys playing basketball and getting together with his band, The Unfriended, where David keeps the beat as drummer.

Michael began his career at The Vanguard Group in Malvern, PA, where he specialized in investment and retirement planning for high net worth individuals. He joined Leon L. Levy & Associates in 2003 and served as Director of Operations, developing Levy Wealth Management Group into a well established personal financial planning and corporate retirement planning enterprise.
He is currently Series 7, 6 and 63 registered with LPL Financial and he also maintains his Life and Health Insurance licenses.
Michael graduated from Bloomsburg University and has a BS in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance.
On a personal note, Michael and his wife, Jessica, reside in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania with their two boys, Jacob and Mason. In his spare time, Michael enjoys coaching his children in the sports they play, traveling, and building furniture.

Don is a Investment Analyst and Compliance Officer at Levy & Associates. Don has 35 years of financial services experience and previous to joining Levy Wealth Management Group in 2004, Don served as Senior Investment Analyst of the Phoenix Companies branch office in Philadelphia.
He graduated with a B.A. in Economics from Ursinus College in Collegeville, Pennsylvania. He is currently Series 7, 6, 63, & 24 registered with LPL Financial and he also maintains his life and health insurance license.
Don lives with his wife, Patricia, in North Hampton Township.

Joe is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Professional and a Lead Advisor at Levy & Associates. Joe is dedicated to providing customized wealth management services to our diverse group of clients.
Joe joined the Levy Wealth Management Group in 2013. Prior to joining the team, Joe was an assistant portfolio manager at Lockwood Advisors in King of Prussia, PA, where he specialized in asset allocation implementation and customization for high net worth individuals.
Joe is a Chartered Financial Analyst level two candidate and is currently Series 24, 7 and 66 registered with LPL Financial. He also maintains his life and health insurance license.
He received a B.S. in Organizational Management with a concentration in Entrepreneurial Studies from the University of New Mexico. Joe lives with his wife, Jill and daughter Evalyn in Ardmore Pennsylvania.

Josh is a Controller at Levy and Associates. He spends his time supporting and overseeing the business planning and financial management of operations at Levy & Associates.
Josh began his career at Leon L. Levy & Associates in 2013 in service support while pursuing his degree in accounting. In 2015, Josh received his Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from Temple University’s Fox School of Business. He is actively working to complete his studies to become a Certified Public Accountant.
Judith is a Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional™ and serves as a Client Service Manager and Advisor Support Specialist at Levy & Associates. She joined the Levy Wealth Management Group in 2011.
She received a B.S. at Cornell University. In her spare time, Judith likes to spend time in nature, with her grandchildren, and doing something creative.

Donna has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. She joined Leon L. Levy & Associates in 1987, helping individuals with service and policy management specializing in life, long term disability and long term care insurance.
She is life and health licensed and she also has completed a LOMA Associate in Customer Service (ACS) certification.
In her free time, she enjoys going to the beach, socializing with friends, and taking mini summer trips to see the Phillies play in other states.

Charlene began her career at Guardian Life Insurance Company then joined Brokerage Concepts in King of Prussia, PA. She is PPACA Certified and maintains her life and health insurance license.

She began her career at Law Enforcement Health Benefits, a specialty firm in Philadelphia concentrating on the service and support of corporate benefits for the law enforcement community.
Jill also has a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from Pierce College

Greg Harrigan, CLU, REBC, RHU is our Client Services Associate and offers a plethora of experience and training, enabling our advisors to serve our clients to the best of our ability. He is also life and health insurance licensed.
Greg supports the process of group insurance renewals in the preparation of rates for group medical insurance, group disability insurance and group life insurance. Greg is a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and he joined Leon L. Levy & Associates in 2002.
Greg began his career at Burlington Coat Factory’s corporate office then entered financial services when he joined Janney Montgomery Scott.
